I’m so glad you two are reacting to this collaboration of Jay and Yuuri. I watched the music video so much yesterday with a proud heart and tears. So so proud of him. Jay showcased his vocal and love the growl part and the ending where he was little higher than Yuuri🥰. They sounded amazing. I can’t wait for the other members to cover a song. Yes, He came along way since I-Land. They also sang ALWAYS and it’s on Yuuri’s YouTube. It came out today Sunday. See attached. Thank you for your genuine reaction💕😊
My idol singing with his idol❤ the fact that jay reached out for yuuri and asked him by himself wether a collab is possible is so sweet and it’s even more impressive that yuuri agreed to this because yuuri is seriously one of the biggest soloist in Japan(just to showcase this: he’s the only artist to surpass bts record with ,,dynamite” on billboard Japan and he did it with ,,dried flower”)! Since he agreed to this collab it only shows how much respect yuuri has for enhypen as artists and knows their impact in Japan. Jay mentioned yuuri multiple times and recommended many songs so it must be great for him to have this opportunity. And let’s not forget jay’s hard work for this collab! He isn’t a native Japanese speaker and it’s not his first or even second language so his way of delivering the words in a foreign language with so many emotions is more than impressive!! There where many many Japanese fans (not only engenes but also fans from yuuri) who said jays Japanese pronunciation sounds perfect so he must have been working very hard to make engenes proud and show himself from his best side 🙂
We need an Enha ballad ASAP seeing where he was in iland and then seeing him here, you can see just how much effort and hard work Enhypen have put into the craft whether its vocals dance or songwriting

i havent been able to stop listening to the cover since it came out it's genuinely so goddam beautiful
i def need to listen to yuuri more, his voice is so amazing too i love the grittiness in it its so powerful

Fun fact: Jay is a die hard fan of Yuuri. He’s been sharing a lot of his song last year. Jay also shared his spotify wrapped on one of his live and Yuuri is his top artist, and among of his top 5 songs (which are all Yuuri’s songs) is ‘Dry Flower’.
So seeing him reaching out to Yuuri for a collab is amazing. I’m glad that this actually happened! It opened an opportunity for Jay to showcase his honey-like beautiful amazing vocals. He is finally getting the recognition and praises he deserves about his singing. He’ve come so far, indeed.

I am so incredibly proud of Jay! 👏🏼❤Him and Yuuri have incredible voices. I was getting goosebumps and emotional watching/listening to this. I've never heard of this artist or this song before but I had to automatically add it to my playlist because it's so beautiful and will definitely be listening to more of Yuuri's songs❤
As a Jay bias from I-Land to now, I cried listening to this… He did so well and I'm so proud of him 😭 I love this song and I have to thank Seungmin for introducing it to me! He sang it at one of their recent concerts in Japan and I fell in love. I immediately downloaded it on Spotify!

優里は自分で作詞作曲します。彼は路上ライブで徐々に有名になり、「かくれんぼ」で凄く売れました。この「ドライフラワー」は「かくれんぼ」のアンサーソングの意味があります。切ない想いはメロディーからも伝わりますが、歌詞の意味を深く知るとより切なく響く素敵な歌です。コラボによって優里のことを知って頂けるのは凄く嬉しいです。
