Know why it's a F? If we take the level of idol, if he sing as well as he rap (instead of rapping I mean) he would be B. Cause he was probably the best rapper. Best tone would be Jin Young and Jonghyun, but I think for the tecnique it's him (and I personally like his tone more though it's not the most common opinion, feels a bit like Iron too, just not in this one). Just he didn't showcase totally his rap skills here, think the song was a bad choice. His rap is not the total idol rap that would fit this song
