Taemin's dancing got better and better over the years, he is considered to be one of, if not THE, best dancers in Kpop. The others are great dancers, they have to be to keep up with him all these years, but they're not on his level. He goes much harder on his solo songs. He once said that in a group, his job is to fit with the group and bland with them perfectly.
About his singing, he didn't have any lines in Replay and still had very few for the first few songs, but he got more and more over the years, until he started getting main vocal parts in songs. When they debuted he was just 14 and going through puberty and their company, SM, refused to give him vocal lessons, so Taemin started trainings himself and then Jonghyun and Onew took him under their wings and started giving him lessons themselves. He is now one of the better vocalists in the industry…
AWESOME! Love is like oxygen was my first encounter to SHINee as a group (my entry into the SHINee world was Taemin's Advice 2021) and they instantly became my biases. Facts about this songtrack:
"Show the World" is a song by the first Danish X Factor winner, Martin, in early 2008. It was written by the Danish songwriting and production team of Thomas Troelsen, Remee and Lucas Secon. Martin's singing has been compared to Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake. Later the same year (2008), Shinee recorded a remake version of the song in Korean as "Love Like Oxygen" , and as they made it their own style, they added some growling in the vocals and wrote that rap part into it- in addition to the sweet choreo fitting them perfectly and executed in their own true flavor. The song it is truly catchy up to this day ;D

The original version or Replay isnt on here anymore. Even the original mv got reuploaded around 2011 if im not mistaken then got remastered lately. That blurry pixelated version is the only version we got now sadly.
Love like oxygen is indeed very MJ especially the vocal style that they chose for this track.
Even though Taemin is considered as the MJ of Kpop, the other members is not far behind from dancing that is true. Fun fact: one of the member didnt even dance in his life before joining SM. Taemin said that the other members will question him (backstage) why does he go all out coz they have no choice but to keep up.🤣
