The FedExCup Playoffs launch this week with the FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee. The field contains the top 70 players in the FedExCup standings from the 2022-23 PGA TOUR regular season. Leading the field at No. 1 in the FedExCup standings is Jon Rahm. He’s rested since his brilliant T2 finish at The Open Championship, which was his seventh top-three finish of 2023. His four victories on TOUR in 2023 (including the Masters) and a T-5 finish last year at TPC Southwind will make him extremely confident in his chances in Memphis this week. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler looks to continue his stellar run in 2023 that has him ranked second in the FedExCup Standings. He has won twice and recorded 19 top-25 finishes in 20 starts this season. He had also made seven straight top-fives before finishing T23 at The Open in his most recent start. Coming in third in the FedExCup standings and ranked No. 2 in the Official World Golf Ranking, Rory McIlroy will be looking to start his FedExCup defense strongly. Since his T7 at the PGA Championship, he has a win and a second-place finish among seven results in the top 10. Others to look out for this week are Max Homa, Patrick Cantlay, Viktor Hovland and Xander Schauffele.

  1. Great Lucas. I am a fan of Rory. But, you showed great play last week and this week. I really respect and love your play. And I am also a fan of you!! Show your great play at BMW championship again~~

  2. What a lame move from Cantlay to make Glover clean that 1 footer up before he putts. Let the champion enjoy the champion’s putt.

  3. alright, i wrote this last week. and i'll put it down again. Lucas has been on a heater for 6-7 tournaments now. i'd rather see him playing for America's team this Fall than some of the other chalk.

  4. So glad he was able to hang in there to win this thing. He wants to be on The Ryder Cup Team, and I'm hoping he gets the opportunity.

  5. I demand a more diverse team of announcers. It's not enough to hire Australians for the PGA tour. We must hire indians and pakistanis to cover the PGA TOUR. We must create the fairer world, and force golfers to wear turbans on the course at all time. Ever since Saudi Arabia pruchased the PGA tour. We must created the balanced world.

  6. Why does the PGA Tour put the WInner in the thumbnail on the Round 4 highlights every week? Could yah maybe not spoil it for those of us who couldn't watch the round and don't know who won.

  7. WHAT NO RORY SHOW HE'S GOING TO WINN MAJOURS DONT YOU KNOW HA HA HA IN YOUR DREEMS DID YOU KNOW BRYSON SHOT A 58 TO WINN IN GEORGIA THAT WOULD SOMTHING FOR THE RORY SHOW

  8. the putt on 14 was key and a difference maker. Two bad/mediocre shots erased by a 30 foot putt. That's what PGA tour players do. "we' are so flustered/po'd at that point…a three putt comes next.

  9. Really happy for Lucas but honestly I found it tasteless and distracting that CBS had to keep following him from green to tee with a camera almost stuck up his a&$ to show his a&$ sweat! Seriously CBS, show some respect and a decorum of class. A camera angle from the side or front would have been just fine.

  10. How does Lucas Glover and his shirt and cap Sponsors feel about the poor coverage of him on PGA sports coverage? Any fan watching would have thought that Rory McIlroy, John Rahm and Scottie Schefler were leading…….terrible coverage when we don't follow the tournament leaders……Why is the PGA doing this? mmmmmmm……
