Watching her skate is so elegant and swanlike. One of my favorite routines to watch.

Her jumps look like beginner jumps compared to Tonya's. That awful leg wrap, omg. Glad she didn't win. The only think I like here is the dress, which is beautiful.

if skating didnt exist, nancy wouldve become a ballerina with her elegance and tonya wouldve become a gymnast with her athletism.
That was flawless. How can this lose? I saw Oksana Baiul's performance, and it was also flawless. According to Baiul's Wikipedia page, the referee said that Baiul had skated in an artistic and engaging style while Kerrigan skated cautiously. I call bullshit. This performance by Nancy Kerrigan was not cautious. She went all out. She looks like a feather from an Angel's wing out there.
Could have gone either way. Baiul did a few moves that were more risky in the creativity department, but that is not why her performance was so good. Nancy Kerrigan did not make a single mistake and her performance was exhilarating. A crime that one of them had to lose.
Nancy is boring to watch. She loses speed after landing her jumps. Her spins suck. I was never a fan. There is no style to her skating.
Idk i saw mistakes oksana but dont get me wrong it was great but nancys was so effortless her jumps where perfect

Skateboard. Know what hits harder than concrete? Cold concrete. We were walking on the frozen river. We got all the way to the middle, and the ice broke under me. But before I even knew what happened, I was right back on top the ice. I wasn't even cold.

I’m sorry Tonya and thank god for Kristi Yamaguchi because without her, America would be a trash name I. The games. But the way Tonya put these other women to shame!! Even with a popped lace. Hunny.
Nancy got those cheers because she landed on the knee that had been bashed in and America (and the public in general) LOVES a comeback, they LOVE a survivor overcoming the odds.
She’s so fluid in every movement.
