  3. 色んなオーディション番組観てきたけど、JYPのオーディションが一番観やすい。餅ゴリの講評はスジが通ってるからアイドルたちが理不尽な目に遭ってないのがわかる。悪編もないし、視聴者投票もほとんどないし。

    むしろこんな指導受けられて羨ましい。生きてきて良い意味で指導される経験は少ないからです。
    だけど餅ゴリさんもちゃんも歩み寄れるところが素敵だなと思います。自分で怖かったのか、、と反省したりなかなかできないのでは。
    だから素晴らしいです。
    とにかく虹プロ2見て感動してます。

  5. 日本で言うところのプロ野球選手だった「長嶋さん」的な立ち位置ですね。長嶋さんも、違うよ!違うよ!こうだよ!ってフィーリングで教えて、選手が理解に苦しんだらしいし。でも、長嶋さんも愛されてた🤭

  6. J.Y.Parkさんはその人たちの才能を見る目があります。確り注意した後フォローもきちんとしてその人が成長したらそのことについて必ず褒めてその注意を受けた人はそれに向かって頑張れると、こんなに素晴らしいプロディューサーはいないでしょうね。稀な方です。みんなはそんな本質に力をつける才能がある。

  7. 良い物を作りたいってのは分かるけど、そんなめちゃくちゃ厳しくしても別に売れるわけじゃないのが悲しい現実。

    JYPはもっと頑張ってくれ。ITZYとNMIXXポテンシャルはめちゃくちゃ高いのにかわいそう

  9. なんというか、こう言うタイプの人は頭の中に完全に正解が存在しているんだよね……
    頭の中に完全に出来上がった理想の姿があって、それをアイドル達ができると思ってるからそれが出るまでやらせる…(ただ言語化するのがそこまで得意じゃないがゆえになんか違う‥としか言えないという…)

  10. アイドル志望ではないですが、ニジプロでのJYPが求める人物像や表現について、学べることがとても多く、パークさんは自分の指標になっています。

  11. 🖤🖤🖤 AGREED! STRAY KIDS WOULD AGREE TOO! (I am equally happy that Stray Kids are self-produced by 3RACHA and that Stray Kids are at JYPE. Even today, although JYP himself is no longer the acting CEO… He did, however, give himself a position in the lead of DISTRICT1, which is the management/saff that supports, for example, Stray Kids. He is now, quite literally, the go-between for the Kind and the label. He is PROTECTING them, and he has been ensuring that safety ever since their debut.

    No one ever seems to look at the fact that JYP himself has NEVER shyed away from admitting his mistakes, and he has ALWAYS worked bery hard at learnimg each and every one, so as not to repeat history. I am nowhere close to a JYPE stan or a JYP blind supporter. I am, however, a DIEHARD STAY, so i have paid attention. And this man had made sure that withcevery group he perhaps eventually fumbled, the next one didn't have the same issue. A different one, perhaps. Haha.

    Stray Kids are the result of many lessons learned the hard way. You can tell that he truly refused to have them be brought down by the label that is supposed to protect them. If Wonder Girls didn't get enough attention, then Miss A did. If Miss A was being smothered by JYPs perfectionism, then Twice wasn't. If Twice wasn't getting enough rest, then Got7 got to reat whenever they wanted for however long they wanted. If Got7 was being stifled creatively speaking and having contract issues with the label, then guess what… Stray kids weren't going to have any of those problems.

    The Kids proved themselves capable, and they have definitely ptoved themselves to be EXCEPTIONALLY valuable. So, needless to say, in terms of his growth, it's plain as day. The Kids aren't micromanaged, all groups have their own personal staff, whom they are very attached to (well, at least Stray Kids are), they get to rest WHENEVER they choose to for however long.they choose to (However JYP purposefully chooses only trainees with a very strong work ethic, so they simply choose not to take time off.) And then of course you have what happened with GOT7. Well, not onlyndocthey have JYP between SkZ and the label… but JYP also ensured that SkZ, and only SKZ, decide what happens with SKZ. THEY have the power. Not ONLY are they a MASSIVE success (the company even gave them the coveted "bottomless budget" 😂) they also happen to be the sole owners of all that they are.

    They hold the copyrights to NOT ONLY their ENTIRE discography of 200+ songs. They also own the GROUP (as JYP allowed them to self-form, and 3RACHA, who's then core foundation of Stray Kids is still an unsigned entity. One with complete ownership over the groups legalities.) They EVEN own the groups NAME AND LOGO outright. (JYP told them theycwouldnhave to selfname since "he didn't build the group, hendoesnt knoe the members, and since he doesn't know the members, he can't very well name the group! 😂 He then asked BangChan to simply design their logo himself. He did, and im sure that felt like a lot of unnecessary pressure on top of everything he was already being put through. But not only did JYP know that he, and only he, could handle it… He knew he was doing it for their benefit.

    All of the endless and often almost cruel amounts of weight and burden he put upon Chan, it was all because JYP NEEDED Stray Kids to not only survive the harah industry as the very experimental group they were. But also at the high degree of "on their own" that Stray Kids were about to be. The epitome of Self-made, and the first group to debut within a Top5 label that were NOT given ANYTHING without first earning it, did not owe all of their fame to said label for giving them their music, and in no way can be considered in need of saving from their label. All of which is thank to, well, Stray Kids, of course. Lol… However, it wouldn't have been possible without JYP, just being who he is.

  12. 何を求めてるかを言わないのは、自分で曲とか歌詞を感じとって自分の思いを歌にして伝えてほしいっていう気持ちとか、自分で考えるセンスも磨いてほしい気持ち、あとはその人に対していつか完璧な音が出せるっていう信頼があるからだと思ったな。
