Día 1: ✅️ La verdad me canse, un poco me dolió no lo puedo negar Jajaja pero seguí adelante y lo logre, como siempre el 1er día no noto cambios, pero creo que mañana ya voy a notar más. Vuelvo mañana ¡!
Día 2: ✅️ La verdad me dolió MUCHO menos que ayer, noto algunos cambios pero muy pequeños, pero creo q cada día voy mejorando ;). Vuelvo mañana ¡!

Lol, they don't work out (yet.) That video was probably the first time she's hit the weights. That was only for the video. Red Velvet and BoA are in better shape than they are! 😂😂 They only dance and do yoga.

-day 1✅actually very easy I just don’t like doing the squats! But everything else is pretty much the same just easy.

I did this workout for about 2 weeks and I noticed a thigh gap between my thighs! It's really effective!
I've been in a calorie deficit for almost 1 and a half year, and i just did this workout for like, 2 weeks alreadyyy? Then, i already lost 5kgs within that 2 weeks 🙂 i see the changes physically. This was so goooddd, i feel the burn. I recommend this workout a lot
