후이(HUI) & 키노(KINO) – 'La Di Da'

Angel Kino. It was very unique and unexpected how I fell in love with each member of Pentagon but I have never felt the way about somebody that I’ve felt about you. I’ve been a K-Pop fan for almost a decade and I’ve come to know so many different people, but I’ve learned so much from you when I least expected to. Your voice completely warms my heart and fills my soul with love and passion. There is so much emotion and feeling behind every single word that you sing. Your voice just glides right into every track and every cover you’ve ever done. What I particularly love about your vocal ability is that rather than singing about a concept or story, your voice becomes the story. The heights and places that your voice take your Universe is limitless and I feel as if I can empathize with everything that you’re going through because of how you express it with your voice. Every note sounds like an urgency to share your heart with us and you do so effortlessly every single time. I know that you work hard and you always want your Universe to believe in your music. You never fail to invite us into your heart and use your voice as a way to prove to us that you trust us wholeheartedly. I know that you’ve been dancing since you were very little, so it is obvious that you are skilled and a professional in this area. I don’t have to say that your dancing has caught the attention of countless people across the world, including myself. Since I’ve gotten the chance to focus only on you, I’ve found that my words have failed me more and more to explain what I’m seeing to the point where I now, just have no words. I am completely speechless. Often, I have to stop what I’m watching and attempt to process what I have just seen though I never really am able to. I know that from experience because you have been completely taking my breath and words away with each performance. I’ve never seen anybody move the way that you can, and I likely never will. You capture and can say so much with just your body alone. You combine your love for your Universe and your calling to dance to light up the stage and communicate with your movements. Just your gaze and facial expressions alone are so impactful when you’re dancing. You are an all-around ace when it comes to performing and it’s clear that you are a natural-born dancer. You were meant to be up on stage touching hearts and taking the breath away of so many people. Not many people end up doing what they want to do as a profession, but it only seems like fate that you’ve become the musician that you are today. The relationship that you have with your members is beyond anything I can understand. I learned very quickly that you have this unbreakable respect for them and that is the most important value to have when interacting with another person in anyway. In just a short matter of time I was able to pick up on how much you love your members and allow yourself to be whatever they need you to be. One of my favorite parts about you is how you never miss an opportunity to encourage them to speak up, make decisions for themselves, or share their talents. You always see the best in them and are their voice when they don’t have one. I can tell that you pay close attention to them when they’re speaking or when there is something they’re determined to achieve. Because of this, there’s never been a doubt that you’ve always strongly cared about them as much as you possibly can. The dynamic between Pentagon therefore is more than just a group, but a family of brothers. You bring the members closer together and are undoubtedly the one of the biggest reasons why all of you have been able to overcome your hardships together. Universe have watched all of the members grow over the years because of your guidance and dependency. I simply love how how you see other people and the way that you trust and understand them is truly a gift. Sometimes it’s hard to find the people you can really give your heart to and you’ve done that and urge Universe to find that same beauty in life. I work so hard every day to be to my friends and family what you are to yours. You are truly my role model in this regard and we can’t thank you enough for always just being there for the people that love you and who you love. In the same way, you are a place of safety and security for your Universe. You have always had our backs even when we didn’t expect anybody to be there. The fact that you can cheer us up with just a few words is a representation of the power you have in your heart to change lives. You really do care about people, and us especially. You always strive to work harder for us but what you give us is already more than we could ever imagine. I love that you always want to improve and do your best, and although you don’t ever have to, it means the world to so many people that you care so much about pleasing us. You just willingly give your heart to so many people across the world and trust that they will protect and reciprocate the love. I can tell you easily that we will never betray your trust and the honor it is to have you in our lives. I have to speak on behalf of the Universe who experience your love every day and say we are so thankful for the hard work that you’ve put in to bring us so much happiness, laughter, and unforgettable performances. You have always put us first and we are only going to do the same. I want to personally thank your parents and family for raising you and helping you become the man that you are today. Another reason I love you so much is because I see how much you appreciate your family. No matter how busy you are you find the time to acknowledge and thank them for every opportunity that you get. I know that they mean a lot to you, and they mean a lot to the Universe as well. We love and respect them as you do and appreciate them so much for helping you become who you are. Kino, I can’t even speak on just how much I’ve learned from you in a short period of time. The way that you are able to take grasp of a feeling or emotion and then give it you your listeners is a force that drives music. I love the way that you approach certain situations and events in the world and the way that you interpret them is so artistic and realistic. I know that you have been through a lot, both personally and professionally with your members. You’ve endured so much and have always try to reassure your Universe not to feel any pain for you even though we want to share it with you and help relieve it. Learning about all of your stories over the past couple of years put into perspective just how much effort you have put in; and I know sometimes it doesn’t always pay off as nearly as much as it should. You have so much strength and perseverance to be standing here today and to be able to touch on how much you have accomplished. I understand that one of your own personal goals and goals as a group have been to get your first win, and now, when I became an official Universe, it finally happened. I can’t even begin to speak on how proud we are and will always be that you can finally say that you made it. Every tear that you shedded was a reminder of all of the hours and moments that you spent giving your all, and I matched every single one of yours with one of my own. I feel so much pride and honor saying that I am one of your fans and supporters. Above anything else, Universe are so proud that we can say we might have helped make this happen. I can still see how much this iconic reward has meant to you and I can tell that it now has justified your efforts. I am so pleased and happy for you because I know that this is something you’ve been waiting for since even before your debut. You might see this as a goal that you all met, but I see it as you helping other members in your family reach that same dream. You helped make somebody’s dreams come true, and this is the greatest way to give love to another person. Your faith in your members is the only reason that you all are able to come here today and this is just the start of your dreams coming true. All of you are living proof that hard work never fails you and that all of your hard work will be repaid. You will continue to do great things in the future and Universe will be there to help see them through. I pray that you and your loved ones are always healthy and see happiness and meaning in the future. Thank you for providing so much entertainment, fulfillment, and purpose for lost people everywhere. We can’t even begin to show you the impact you’ve had on countless people, but I hope you can feel it in your heart and see it in the way that we continue to spread love on your behalf. You are so compassionate towards others and your kindness has created a revolution to preserve it amongst everyone. You are so humble, respectful and genuinely appreciate for every day life. You show us pure love and are so generous towards us and your members. Every single effort that you’ve devoted will always be recognized although you might not realize it. Thank you for all that you’ve sacrificed and continue to in order to being us any content or art. Your musicality and artistry is one-of-a-kind and so special to us! We thank you will all of our hearts for being our light, our happiness, our reason to try, to smile, to be motivated, to be inspired, and most of all, to love. I didn't know I needed to hear 'La Di Da' until I heard 'La Di Da'💙

Hui my words are going to sound meaningless up against how I really feel about you so I'm trying my best explain how much I genuinely mean this. I haven't been a Pentagon for very long so I still have so much to learn about the group! However, I've spent enough time to know how much you've changed my perspective on every outlook on life. I've never seen an idol quite like you. First off, I had the luxury of watching a few of your performances from 'Breakers' which was my first time really getting to see you perform by yourself. I didn't realize how beautiful your voice is. You have a range and an ability to sing that I haven't seen in a long time, and on top of that, you are an expert dancer. The most impressive part of all of this is that you have outstanding breath control. You are able to furiously dance while still belting perfect notes and that is not a skill that very many people have. You re born to perform and I can't believe I am so fortunate to be moved by such a unique and even rare performance execution. Next, I want to talk about the emotions that come out when you see. During 'Breakers,' I learned a lot about you just from how you present yourself on stage and I have been absolutely moved by the side of you that you shared on stage. I was moved to tears seeing all of the emotions you've felt in your years as an idol come out on the stage and I was speechless. It's not often that performers have the effect on me, but everything you've felt I could feel simply because you are an outstanding and authentic performer. As I said before, I don't even know that much about Pentagon yet and I can't wait to learn more, but I already feel as if I have an understanding of you because of your incredible performances. You have a voice of gold; within it existing strength, rawness, sincerity, emotion, and power of the rarest kind. On top of this you are a sensational dancer with so much intensity, yet so much control of every movement. This is not just your 'Breakers' performances, but every time you hit the stage you have this charisma and charm that tells a story and proves you are meant to be performing,. For connecting me to music and life in a way that I never have before, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so proud of everything that you've done in your years as in idol, whether that be individually, with Pentagon, or with TRIPLE H. I have to thank you for supporting all of your members and being their light when they didn’t have one. It is indescribably difficult to blend so many personalities into one, but not only have you brought them together, but you are one of the closest families I’ve ever know. They will grow and evolve into the people they were meant to be because of your unconditional love and support. You have changed their lives in more ways than any of us can even explain, and we are beyond grateful for that. Thank you for always showing up for your fans and constantly communicating with us despite your schedule. Being the people who you trust enough to share the ups and downs of your life with is the greatest honor. We don’t deserve your hard work, loyalty, and dedication to us in that you put into whatever you do. You are the greatest idol and friend we could have ever met. We believe in ourselves because of you, and I thank you for filling our lives with only the greatest of memories. We will always live a life honestly as you have done. I personally want to thank your parents and family for raising you and presenting you to us in this manner. I have seen personally hoe much your family means to you, and I have no doubt that they are your main drive to keep going when life gets hard. I know that they are the most proud of you than anybody and they always will be. Whenever you feel lost to the point of no return, please just remember that your family will always be there to guide you back home. They love you more than anybody else on this Earth and will always nurture you when you need it. You honor them with every action you take, and all they have for you is gratefulness. As Universe, we strive to be as loyal, loving, and determined as they are. We keep your family in our hearts as you do. I know how much you’ve been through and I know your journey hasn’t always been easy. You’ve struggled unnecessarily to get where you are, and though that happens in life it doesn’t make it any less painful that somebody like you has had to endure that. It hurts to see you go through any turmoil given how pure of a person you are, but I know we don’t even know the half of the feelings you may have had before. However, I can say on behalf of all of your loved ones that we are so proud of you for making it past all of these difficult times. It takes strength and perseverance of the highest degree to make it through what you have, and we know you’ve done so with great optimism. You are able to maintain enough positivity for you and your members when they need it, and this is why you’ve been able to make it through every hard times. Your dreams have slowly started to come true one by one and I know it is because hard work never fails you. You haven’t struggled for nothing, and I know you will only continue to rise in the way you deserve to. I thank you for teaching us how to also face our fears and never give up on ourselves or our loved ones when we are down. We can live with courage because of this. You are so one of a kind am I so proud to get to know you. I can't wait to get to know you even more and see where your musicality takes you in the future. I absolutely adore you Hui, and I hope you have the best birthday that you possibly can have with this pandemic going on. On top of this, I know you are in the military right now and I hope you are not overlooking yourself right now. I hope in some way, you are have some peace of mind. At the least I hope you are able to see yourself through your fans and look at the people who you’ve inspired. We are the best versions of ourselves because of you. Every day is a day to celebrate you, but especially today we commemorate the admirable young man you are and always will be. We are thinking of you every minute since you left and we eagerly await your safe return! Thank you so much for putting so much effort in to make so many people smile even for just a second. Thank you for sacrificing so much just to make Pentagon, your individual music, and so many more projects possible. Thank you for suffering through any pain, fatigue, hardship, concern, doubt, isolation, frustration, and so much more just to bring us the smallest bit of content. I hope you know how much it is paying off. On behalf of your friends, family, members, and fans, I want you to know how grateful we are for all of the positivity that you bring to the world when we really need it most. In this sense, I hope you never feel the urge to change who you are because we need people like you to encourage others to live their lives according to who they are. When they do this, they are much happier, and we learn this from you. You are perfect in our eyes, and beautiful inside out. We love you so much, I love you so much, and please have fun today!
