I feel like IVE's Wonyoung and Leeseo need to sing live once again to prove that they can do it. Because lip-syncing while sitting down makes no sense, and there is literally no excuse for this problem. Busy schedule? No. Tired? No.
Don't get me wrong, I love IVE, but I am with the netizens on this one. I feel like in order for Wonyoung and Leeseo to get themselves out of this controversy, they need to prove that they can sing live once again for IVE's next performance. Because, if they don't, then stuff will pile on, resulting in, I'll just say it, the group's reputation dropping, which is what I fear the most.
So excited for EXO's comeback!!
I don't think that Lucas is being replaced but seeing how SM works, I won't be surprised if Lucas doesn't join the comeback. I really want Lucas back with SuperM and Wayv…SM needs to say something because it's really aggravating to just sit here wondering.
If Lucas comes but then I'm marrying JayWhyPapi, SM has been hiding this shit ever since Lucas' scandal but we all know that he can't keep it as a secret forever even if the truth hurts WE GOTTA KNOW SOMETHING this theory has been killing me! I don't really want anyone to replace Lucas in SuperM because I won't be able to listen to their music the way I did before! We need to know something I swear, if SM keeps staying quiet about this whole incident then Imma fly to Korea and murder him!!! I recently just got into superm after being a casual listener. If they do replace Lucas then the group won’t be the same he is an important part of the group. Idk who the guy is that they said they would add but I can’t see him in the group. Maybe Lucas might come back or they will continue as a 6 member group.
If Lucas is being replaced cause of a controversy he has being proven innocent then WTF would they put Yunho that recently was found at a protitution club and then ran away from cops 🙄 but as always nothing happens when they're guilty
I'm sorry about what happened to Lucas and I don't think he deserves what he's been going through, but honestly SuperM needed a TVXQ member to truly be SuperM. Either of them is a fine addition. I just wish it wasn't the result of Lucas being banished.
Edit: They could also use a Super Junior member, but SJ seems to just wanna do whatever since they're label SJ. I think it's a miracle they even played along with the silly "Kwangya" concept.
First and only comment regarding SUPERM …. LUCAS is one of a kind which goes for all of the members, there is NO replacing any of them as well as his open positions in #NCT even with the three new members being added.

The thing that annoys me the most with lip syncing in the kpop industry is that so many stans try to look down on all the other gens or try shit on them where’s in all those gens they actually sang live 99% of the time and could actually support what they were singing there are only a few groups now who actually sing and perform like how they’ve always wanted I’m just convinced that most 4th gen groups now might just be debuting to be famous and rich instead of actually wanting to perform and sing
I want Lucas back. SM should stand with their idols against rumours.

Regarding Wonyoung and Leeseo lip syncing… the reactions are too much. You guys in the comments are acting like it’s their choice completely. You do realize they are teenagers who are controlled by their company? Yes, they should have sung live; maybe they wanted to but couldn’t. In fact, I wish ALL idols would sing live as much as possible without auto tune or backtrack, but it is the reality of K-pop nowadays. Singing live is becoming a scarcity, and even those who do try to sing eventually get audio swapped or auto tuned during the broadcast. People should be angry at the agencies for no longer expecting idols to sing, not the idols themselves. 😅 I can’t tell you how many stages I’ve seen where idols are dancing lightly or not even dancing, but they still lipsync all their lines (including rap). It’s just the standard nowadays, and it’s really a problem. So, if there’s anything to blame, it’s the industry itself, not the people being controlled by the industry.
Please don’t use this opportunity to bandwagon hate on Wonyoung, Leeseo, or IVE in general, okay? These are real people at a vulnerable age between childhood and adulthood. They have ideas of what they want to do but unfortunately aren’t able to even make their own decisions entirely yet. Hopefully, they and Starship learn from this experience and will improve from now on. 🙏🏻
the argument for them having a busy schedule as being for the reason they lipsynced a pre recorded version is bs. bc correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t it an award show? busy schedule? for something like that, pre-recording a new version or putting in an effort would be included in said schedule! bc it’s a major thing. so…no. IVE members especially when it comes to wonyoung is just to have them look cute and do nothing else, they’re just models.
I didn't know it was Ive's already pre-recorded cover from a while ago, I thought they recorded it a day before or something. It's just weird- lipsinging while sitting down, why not just have them sing the song live?
Also, with the Lucas thing. I've never really been a huge fan of his, so it wouldn't matter to me if SM had Max Changmin come in and replace Lucas. I also feel like Lucas never fit in the SuperM songs too well either. It would be huge if they kept Lucas in the lineup however, and I can see why his fans are hopeful. I'm really excited to see Taemin and Baekhyun back.
Also, I'm looking forward to Exo's comeback, and for what GOT has in store for us. As well as wondering what Red Velvet will be up to.
