      Big Bang is one of the few legendary idol groups in Korea.       Big bang is an amazing group. You mention PSY, he was a part of YG at the same time as Big Bang. So was 2ne1. So the songs had similar vibes.

      To get an idea of them live, you MUST check out 'LOSER, BAE BAE, BANG BANG BANG' Live at MAMA 2015 . It is incredible. You won't believe the power they have live and how they hype up the crowd.

      BIGBANG are an ICON in our music industry. A LEGEND. They have been dubbed as the KINGS OF KPOP for a very long time. (Nowadays, our local media call them the Emperors of Kpop). Take note, they aren't called KINGS because of popularity alone. Think of a KING that leads, make changes and help their kingdom prosper. That's what BIGBANG did for the idol industry.
      Bigbang, the OG kings of kpop who changed the whole of kpop industry to what it is now (for example Bigbang and their leader GD (G-
      Dragon) were the first ones to write and produce their own music so our boys BTS and others can write and produce their own music). They were HUGE in South Korea and internationally before streaming, social media and Youtube.
