3. Side crunch with leg raise (10 reps per side)
4. Twist sit-up (20 reps)
5. Leg raise (15 reps)
6. Spider plank – On the floor (15 reps)
7. Seated knee up – With both legs (10 reps)
8. Seated knee up – With a single leg at a time (10 reps per leg)
