Jenni Stark’s poetic songwriting is grounded in powerful honesty and defined by an elegant sense of melody and texture, skills she developed as a classical flutist. After decades of hiding her voice and her writing, she released her first collection of songs, Salt Water, in 2021. Since then, in addition to being spun on local radio and reviewed by indie outlets, Jenni has begun performing live shows along with bandmates Danny Cohen (keys), Justin Peters (drums), Tricia Scully (bass), and Will Smith (guitar). She’s currently working on a new album with producer Andrew Rodriguez, which she expects will be released in 2024.
