Beef Seaweed Soup:
1. Soak dried seaweed in cold water for about 6 hours
2. Remove the blood from the beef with a kitchen towel and season it with salt and pepper
3. Grease the pot for soup with sesame oil and stir-fry until the redness of the beef is gone
4. Squeeze the water out of the soaked seaweed, put it in a pot used in number 3, add soy sauce and stir-fry
5. When stir-fried to a certain extent, add water, stir, and simmer
6. After boiling a little bit, add garlic and fish sauce to finish
Japchae:
1. Soak the glass noodles in water (Required time: at least 30 to 60 minutes)
2. Remove the blood from the pork with a kitchen towel and marinate it with 1T of soy sauce, 1/2t of minced garlic, 1/2t of cooking wine, 1/3t of sugar and a little bit of pepper
3. Slice onions and carrots into strips
4. Slice shiitake mushrooms, not too thickly
5. Remove the bottom of spinach
6. Grease a preheated frying pan lightly with cooking oil and stir-fry onions. At this time, add a pinch of pepper and stir-fry
7. Wipe the pan with a kitchen towel and stir-fry the carrot with a little bit cooking oil. Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry
8. Wipe the pan, apply cooking oil to the point where the meat doesn’t stick to the pan, and stir-fry the marinated pork
9. Once the redness of the meat is gone, add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry together
10. Boil water in a deep pot
11. When the water boils, add a little salt and blanch spinach
* After dipping the spinach, count to 10 seconds, take it out quickly, and rinse it in cold water
* Squeeze the water out of the rinsed spinach and place it on a plate.
12. Boil the soaked noodles in boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes
13. Rinse the glass noodles once in cold water and squeeze as much water as possible.
14. Put soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a frying pan used in number 9, put it on fire, then stir-fry the noodles
15. Move the stir-fried glass noodles to a large bowl and mix well with pre-fried onions, carrots, meat, shiitake mushrooms and spinach
Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes:
1. Slice potatoes, carrots, and onions
* After slicing the potatoes, soak them in water to drain the starch
2. Slice the green onion diagonally
3. Slice the spam a little thickly so that it does not tear apart
4. Boil the pot with water + 1⁄2 small spoon of salt, then put potatoes into the boiling water (2 to 3 minutes)
5. Sieve the blanched potatoes
6. Grease a frying pan with cooking oil (1 to 2 spoons) and stir-fry scallions over medium heat to make green onion oil
7. Add minced garlic, onions, carrots and stir-fry until onions become clear
8. Add potato, spam, a pinch of salt and stir-fry lightly
9. After stir-frying for about 3 minutes, add some pepper and stir-fry one more time
10. Move them to a plate and finish off with sesame salt
Jangjorim, soy braised beef:
* 1 cup = Approx. 6 oz
1. Soak pork in cold water for 20 to 30 minutes to drain the blood
2. Put water, whole pepper, green onion, onion, and garlic in a pot, and when the water boils, add pork and boil it up
3. Cool down the boiled pork a little, then tear it into bite-size pieces
4. Boil shredded pork, quail eggs, and seasonings in a pot (10-15 Minutes)

5. Add shishito peppers and boil for about 3 minutes
Jangjorim Butter Egg Rice:
1.Make scrambled eggs or fried eggs
2. Put rice on a plate
3. Put the butter on the middle of the rice
4. Put the eggs on top of the Jangjorim and add soy sauce
Red pepper paste stew:
1. Slice potatoes in a half-moon shape, and slice onions into sizes similar to potatoes
2. Slice green onions and spicy chili peppers roundly
3. Put cooking oil, sesame oil, and red pepper paste in a pot and stir-fry over low heat
4. When red pepper paste and oil are mixed well, add coarse chili powder and stir-fry to make chili oil
5. When chili oil boils, add 500ml of water and potatoes to boil
6. When the soup boils, add pork, minced garlic 1T, soy sauce 1/2T, and fish sauce 1/2T, then boil
7. When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add mushrooms and onions and cook them
8. When the onions are cooked enough, add spicy chili pepper, green onion and put them on a plate after boiling
